At BLACK REVEN, customer satisfaction is our first priority and important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange only - no refunds (money back).

Exchange Eligibility:

You may request an exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order if you
need a different size, color, or fit.

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
  2. Have all original tags attached.
  3. Be in its original packaging.
  4. Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for,

  1. Customized or personalized products.
  2. Sale or clearance items.
  3. No exchange of Sale item with New Arrivals
  4. Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or missing original tags.

How to Request an Exchange?

To request an exchange, email us at blackreven26pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us 
+92 332 6536111 within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide the exchange instructions.

Important Note:

We do not offer refunds or store credits under any circumstances, Yes BLACK REVEN (we) can do valid exchange in terms of change of color, size and product. customers are responsible to pay shipping costs in case of valid exchange approved, therefore BLACK REVEN is responsibe for the wrong item or a defective product was delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product of the same value.
